Fundraising and support for disaster relief
Hope Bridge conducts fundraising campaigns with national media in the event of natural disasters such as typhoon, flood, drought, earthquake, heat, heavy snowfall,
or national disasters such as the Daegu subway fire, bombardment of Yeonpyeong, sinking of MV Sewol, or the fire in Gangneung. We have been raising public funds
that include the sincerity and love from the nation. The donations of our citizens help the victims overcome their difficulties and return to their daily lives.
Collection and distribution of donations and goods
We organize collection of donations and relief goods for victims of natural disasters such as typhoons, floods, heavy snow, and earthquakes.
Hope Bridge Korea Disaster Relief Association is a legal organization (Disaster Relief Act Article 29) established for relief responses.

We also promote fund-raising campaigns with national media organizations.
Donation Distribution
We distribute the relief donations collected from the public in accordance with the Disaster Relief Act. We comfort our neighbors who have suffered from disasters in terms of life, health, missing loved ones. We also help neighbors who have lost their homes or whose houses have been damaged by disasters. We support the stabilization of the livelihood of neighbors who work in the disaster affected fields, such as agriculture, fishery, forestry, and salt industries.

- Death or missing persons : Family of victims perished or are missing due to direct disaster
- Injury : Among those who are injured directly due to disaster, they fall under the category of disability grade 1~14 according to the ‘Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act Enforcement Decree’
- Total damage of house : If the main structural parts such as pillars, walls, and roof are damaged by 50% or more to the point where it cannot be used without being rebuilt
- Half damage of house :If the main structural parts such as pillars, walls, and roof are damaged by 50% or more to the point where it cannot be used without being repaired
- Flooded house : If a residential room of the building is flooded over, and it cannot be used without being repaired
- Earthquake damage : If a building with the purpose of residency is damaged by 50% or more and it requires repair <Earthquake damage only >
